These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the User and 4rabet. By registering for or using the services of 4rabet, the User consents to these Terms and any amendments published by the Company. If the User does not accept these Terms, the User must refrain from accessing or using the services.
4rabet reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity, age, and location. Verification may include, but is not limited to, government issued ID, proofs of address, and payment method verification. Access to certain features and withdrawals may be restricted until verification is completed. If underage or fraudulent information is established, the Company may suspend or terminate the Account and reclaim any funds in accordance with applicable law.
The User may deposit funds to participate in Games. The Company does not extend credit and funds are not paid as interest. Deposits must be made using methods offered on the platform and may be subject to identity checks. The User is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in the Account before placing a bet.
The Company maintains two balances on the User Account for each wager: the Reserved Amount (the sum staked on bets) and the Available to Bet balance (funds not yet staked). Calculations of these balances are final and conclusive absent manifest error. Once a bet is placed and the event outcome is determined, winnings are posted to the User Account and become eligible for withdrawal following the applicable rules.
Bets are binding once a valid wager is accepted by the system. The Company may correct or void bets in cases of obvious error, fraud, or manipulation. In the event of a technical error altering odds or outcomes, the Company reserves the right to settle the bet in accordance with the official result or rectify the balance as appropriate.
Withdrawals may be requested up to the Available to Bet balance. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the User’s account via the platform. Withdrawals are typically processed using the same method used for the deposit, subject to verification and compliance checks. The Company may require identity documentation prior to processing withdrawals. The Company may suspend withdrawals pending completion of compliance checks or for suspected irregular activity. If bonuses are involved, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements consistent with the bonus terms; failure to meet these requirements may result in withholding or forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.
Bonuses, free bets and promotions are governed by separate terms and conditions. Eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry periods and any restrictions are specified in the relevant promotion details. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion at its discretion and to revoke bonuses if used in breach of these Terms.
User Accounts must be protected with secure login credentials. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from the User’s failure to protect login details or from unauthorized access where the User has breached this duty.
All content on the 4rabet platform, including branding, site content and software, is the exclusive property of 4rabet or its licensors. The User receives a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights to the Site Content or branding are granted beyond this license.
4rabet may amend these Terms at any time. The Company will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Previous bets remain governed by the terms in place at the time the bet was placed unless the Company otherwise determines.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the platform are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any claim, dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be in Hong Kong. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator and shall be in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
4rabet may suspend or terminate a User’s Account at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, breach of these Terms or unlawful activity. On termination, 4rabet will return the User’s available balance after deducting any applicable withdrawal charges and settling outstanding bets. The Company is not obligated to disclose a reason for termination.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and 4rabet and supersede all prior representations and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
Notices from 4rabet to the User may be provided via on site notifications or to the User’s registered email address. The User is responsible for maintaining accurate contact details within their Account profile.
